We aim to despatch all items promptly, but certainly within 3 working days of your order being received, with the exception of print orders which may take a little longer. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Spring 2023 update: Most parcels seem to be arriving without incurring additional expense on delivery, although on occasion an import tariff may be charged on receipt.  At the moment we are unable to predict when this will happen, but will continue to try to monitor the situation and let you know when we can.
