45. Lowtide Porthcothnan near Padstow

It was a glorious balmy September day.  I knew the tide was going to be one of the lowest of the year so decided to head up to the beaches of the north coast of Cornwall.  I'd spent some time wading through pools and onto rarely accessible sand bars at Porthcothnan.  I then went up onto the cliff above and watched these swimmers enjoying the clear, warm September sea.
