It's a pleasure to pop in and out of these shops over the course of the year and to see the ebb and flow of the seasons, the visitors, the products. January is a time for a chat and a catch up, often while the shop is being given a spring clean or a new layout, while August is a time to sidle in through the visitors and try not to get in the way.
We have experimented over the years with increasing the number of outlets we stock, and can honestly say that, for us, it works best to have a select, trusted network of retailers that we can work with year in, year out.
