Returns and Refund Policy

Having a clear policy on returns and refunds is an important part of the trust required for on-line sales. We put a lot of care and attention into the quality of our products and our packaging. However, in case you are not 100% satisfied:

• we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days
• to be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and returned to us within 28 days of receipt
