Shipping policy

 

We aim to despatch all items promptly, but usually within 2 working days of your order being received, with the exception of print orders which may take a little longer. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

UK delivery charges

FREE for orders over £40

£3.95 for orders under £40

Overseas delivery

All items are sent by International Standard (Airmail) and the delivery charge will be based on the weight of the goods, which is automatically calculated.  

If you have a large overseas order, please contact Evocative Cornwall for a Postage and Packing quote.  

It may also be the case that the actual postage may be less than that automatically generated (depending on parcel dimensions as well as weight).  It is never a problem to let you know the cost in advance if you would like to email us with your requirements.  Should the postage be significantly less than you have been charged, we will automatically refund the excess.
