Milestones such as this one are dotted on verges throughout the countryside, and this one directs passing traffic to some of Cornwall's most-loved places, Lamorna, Newlyn & Mousehole.  Lamorna, of course, is famous for the traditional song of the same name and recently featured in the film 'Summer in February' concerning the Lamorna group of artists.  Much of the scenery was actually shot elsewhere.
