Taken from the top of the cliffs looking down on Kynance beach.  Everything about this makes me think of a slightly retro postcard, hence the name!  The seaside colours of the sea and the sand, as well as the vivid orange of the lichen on the rocks and the pink of the thrift are jolly.  All you need is a windbreak and an ice cream!

Yet the familiar outline of the rocks and the tiny people of the beach show that this is actually an epic landscape.  Nestled on the south western tip of the Lizard peninsula, the rocks are made of Serpentine and we are drawn back to this magical spot time after time as it unveils itself in so many different guises. Perhaps we should have called it 'Kynance Love Letter'!
